So I accidentally transfer PayPal funds to a CLOSED BANK. Does anyone know how long will it take for it to be returned to my PayPal account? Just curious and not worried. :D

probably like 5 days or so. the bank will refuse the transfer and send it back. then its ust a matter of when paypal decides to put it back. Also be prepared for a limitation after that. They will most likely hit you with a suspicious activity limitation

'accidently', dear me. From now, make sure you have your notes beside you when you do any work with paypal. Double check everything b4 pressing send button. It's something to train yourself to do to reduce errors and panic attacks. That extra 15 seconds stops grief
Fingers crossed for no dramas

GB is SO RIGHT! One of the WORST ENEMIES of Stealth is sloppy recordkeeping.

You may THINK that you will remember an event. And then you find out that you just don't. Or, you remember the event, but not on WHICH stealth account it occurred.

Thankfully, this is one issue that we CAN control. WRITE EVERYTHING DOWN! EVERYTHING! NO EXCEPTIONS! A few extra seconds now saves a lot of grief later on.

Hmmm I highly doubt PayPal rep will limit my account but a BOT can. There is already another CONFIRMED Bank account on it for about 3 moths now and the account been opened since DEC 09. So I am not too worried. Hey my record keeping is great but sometimes there are mistakes made which I learn from. This is the 1st time it happened in my 2 Years of E/P stealth. Like I said i'm not to worried and I am 91% sure I will not grieve over $700 that PayPal will hold for 6 Months(on to the NEXT). Just wanted to know if this had happened to anyone before and what were their outcome.

Yes it was a stealth account. No they didn't limit the account, they did charge a return fee though. There's any number of reasons a transfer could be returned that won't always result in limitation. It didn't happen out of poor record keeping, the account was active when I set the stealth account up with it and recorded it. It was just I had a run of account all in similar numbers I accidentally closed one that was still to be used and then couldn't cancel the closure. In fact it was the same day I initiated the transfer and I tried to stop that as well.

Tsk Tsk Tsk. Have your eb/pp account note cards out in front of you for whatever account you are working on and online banking info logged in and open to check the status of your bank accounts before you do any transfers.

Whenver I am doing anything with a Bank Acct., I make sure I document it on the notecard with the date of action (ei. Acct pending close, 10/22/10). That way I know how long I have to make transfers before it closes. It usually takes 5 days for my account to close, so I know I can make one last transfer on Monday or Tuesday and the funds will be in the by Wed/Thurs and I can quickly transfer them to another account the same day.

You Guys Must be Drinking some pretty "Stiff" Coffee to make these king of errors.

I Cannot understand why you would Close a Bank Account attached to an active Paypal account,,,,,,Unless the Bank Closed it for you,,,

No criticism but should be 3 working weeks for return. All the best.

I had closed the account because I was not using it(including ebay and paypal) at that time. Bank fees were piling up so I switched BANKS.

oh and thanks for the concerns you guys are making look like an idiot, I dont have time to be writing everything down! I have things to see and people(females) to do LOL!
