Entropay problem with adding card to paypal account

I am having problem adding new entropay card to new paypal account. It says that cant do it right now and after limits account instantly. Tested a lot of different things, maybe someone can test too?

People are having same problem. PP limited 10+ my accounts. But i'm trying every day to make new PP account. Something is wrong with PP. You cant add cards to Slovakia, Slovenia, Italy....

As robpav said, we are all experiencing these problems, we are working like Borg to figure it out :D

I think the main problem is with paypal, because I used cc from bank and no problem if from entropay cant add.

Can be, but I am a little suspicious about all, and I still think its temporary since some countries work. Anyway I will open some more accounts these days just to be sure

Well we can all try raising a ticket with paypal... But dunno if thats gonna bring something usefull

Make sure you have min of $3.00 on the card.

It is not the case. I tried with 20$ on the card. Nothing.
