New Seller Account limited 2nd day

So yesterday morning i made a new ebay account under a random name and address. I used a vcc on the account. And it said i was verified as a seller.
So today i listed a video game really cheap and it listed fine. Now i tried listing a 2nd game. And rite away i got message call ebay to verifiy your account if you dont answer within 48 hours we will suspend you account. So i called rite away i spoke to some air head. And he said please verify your account & i said my random name & address. So he says ok good now in a few minutes im going to send you an email i will need you to send me a copy of your ID and bank statement. i said no thank you close my account. And then he said no sorry your account will remain this way forever.

Its unreal how do they expect people to use their service if their going to be that way.

We shouldnt have to call or fax anything to verify any account.

Ebay should stop stop wasting money on stupid **** & update their verification system it should all be done online.

Hmmm strange..did you enter a complete random address? Cause if so they can track your IP and find out what general area you live in so if you made up a address or gave them one that is not at all close to where you live then they can spot you out straight away..Just a heads up for the future.And i agree their verification system is terrible.It can waste so much precious time.

Same thing just happened to me. Now I'm getting ready for what I know is a futile attempt to salvage a brand new account.
I'll probably just create a new one again.

WOW! Cant believe it!
Ebay just reinstated my brand spanking new account that just got limited.
They asked me the following questions:
1)What height are you? 5'5, 5'9, 5'3, 5' or 6'.
2)What zipcodes did you live in? 85072, 85128,90285 or 91752
3)What cities did you live in? Tulsa, Auburn, Cloverdale or Danville?

I answered none of the above as was suggested in previous posts here and it worked!

The girl seemed kind of nice on the phoned so I remained cheerful instead of my grumpy, hostile self (when these thing happen).
I guess once in awhile you just get lucky.
