Question on MAC address

Still fine tuning my MAC knowledge....

I have been alternating between accounts by changing my MAC address on my Netgear wireless router configuration page. In turn, I am able to get a new IP address with each.

Question.... Is this useless?

Can Amazon see my computers physical MAC instead of my router MAC?

Amazon first sees your MAC address on all your network cards and they can also see the MAC address of your router. I have a wireless router running tomato firmware and it lets me change it. You need to read the Amazon Ghost Book this will answer a lot of these questions.
