Funds held up on purchases.

I opened a personal paypal account (stealth)and made some purchases with VCC. The next day I was paid on 2 items and made a few more purchases. Then limitation hit. They wanted to verify my ss # and confirm location. They also held my money (that was off cc) from seller and wont release it because I wont jump through their hoops. Will the seller ever get his money or will I have to charge back on my credit card to get this money out of paypal's hands. The way I look at it. They (paypal) is just sitting on the money. Looks like paypal is pulling a scam.

hmmmm...sounds like you bought some stuff...then sold some stuff and the funds are held...and then bought some stuff with the funds held. I could be wrong but thats what it sounds like.

Yea, the only way to get that money is either a chargeback or conforming to their demands.

Paypal don't like it when you spend money you just recieved form selling something and often induces a limitation.

All I. Can say is withdraw all your money ass possible because you won't be able once limited ...no point of making money and keeping it there...I say make an account only for sellin and a sepaerate for only buying....my friends the goal here is to make many stealth accounts as possible
