Is there anysoftware for IP address monitoring?

Is there any software available that can help you to manage and keep a log of the IP addresses you used on multiple windows user accounts when you have multiple ebay and paypal accounts so that the IP addresses dont ever cross. Like something that will notify you when you first log into that user account and have pop up that reads "change your ip address this has been used on user account 3 at xyz time". This would be some awesome software and save a lot of time and mistakes.

I highly doubt it. I just have my homepage as IPBurger and a little note on the dektop for which IP I should be using.

You could always hire a freelancer to create something like this :-)

yeah i use a similar method that you use. but its not possible to control which IP address you end up with after you change it. You always have to cross reference it.

I remember seeing something similar a while pack posted on another forum for about 50 bucks. I am going to see if i can find it.
