Default Need an experienced Paypal user to help

I have a buyer that made a dispute. I agreed with him to give him full refund. When I go to issue a full refund "Grant a full refund option" it says "your money can't be transfered from your bank account to coverthis refund at this time. Please add money to your Paypal account or add another payment method". Ok, since this is Europe and most countries can't add bank account, I figure I am gonna send him money from my CC. The it says this transaction can't be completed. What to do ? The funny thing is they reserved the money from my PP balance, but I can't refund that, but have to add more

You don't have the balance in your account to cover his refund? I am guessing - you have made some withdrawals since correct? So all your money there is pending on other sales?

Default I think I k now

Hi there
I guess the buyer filed a claim and the money went on hold right? if you try to refund it does not work believe me. PP doesn't see the money they are holding only what's on your account.

Solved it. Transfered some money from other acc, and made the refund. Its kinda stupid that u have to have 2X the money u need to refund.
