they know it is a tracfone. you need to use a landline. if yuo tell paypal you dont have a landline, you will have to send in id as well,,
always regsiter with a landline phone if not go to my1voice.com
it will forward it to any number you want, just make sure the number you pick from my1voice is with 50 miles or closer to your ip address.
as far as vcc or credit cards to verify..
in the forums here, they sell vcc cards that will verify any address you need, no questions asked.. quick and simple.
also even if you could make a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ id,, paypal and ebay run your liscence number or state id through the system to see if it matches, so if you make a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ one it will do no good because they can tell the number on the liscence or state id is phony...
also, proxy service is detected by paypal, you are not annoyomous,
clearing cookiesis not good, makes ebay and paypal think you are hiding something, if you just use different user accounts for each ebay and paypal account, you never have to clear..
