LOL I always wondered what constitutes a "quick question"? I mean... Did you type it faster than usual? Do you expect it to be answered faster than a regular question? Once answered will the question quickly disappear off the front page? When I see "quick question" I usually see a person who is too lazy to search on a topic that they know has possibly been discussed many times. Why don't you try doing a "quick search" and see what happens.

Paypal sees everything you provide to them.

And IDK is correct, a forum search is always a solid feature =)

They have computers and store information. There is no reasonable reason they would look at some info and not other. Remember they are battling fraud every second of every minute... They are not going to pick and chose what they record. They see everything.

BOOM TO EVERYONE!!! hahahah

Yes, PP can and will see everything from ANY TIME it was ever put into the system.

Remember that VCC you tried to put in and it wasn't accepted 4 months ago? Yea, PP has that on RECORD.

Remember that time you added your bank account, and it was on another PP already, but you removed it SECONDS afterwards? Yea, PP has that on RECORD too.

They would only see the address and other details that you provided to the RETAILER (which I think is what you're asking) if it comes back as a disputed transaction.

Paypal wouldn't be able to see the shipping address at all for this transaction... they would only see what every other credit card company sees, AVS check for billing, and then the transaction itself and the amount.

To answer your question, yes you can use the paypal debit card to purchase things from anyone without getting linked to your old address that has been suspended... but I wouldn't by anything on ebay with it.... I actually think ebay has no idea though. When I had a paypal debit card, I paid my 30000 a month ebay fees with the card and got 300 back on their get 1% back program.

Right?!?! It was sweet.... oh and how I loved withdrawing CASH with it. Sweet, wonderful cash from an ATM at 4am wearing a ski mask and nitril gloves..... it was an amazing feeling.

And instant after receiving payment. And direct credit card purchase from PP account for anything. It was simply awesome. The $500 limit a day cash sucked. But it was just overall sweet.

Not sure why the pulled it out of Canada :(

Correct. The only way they would is if they investigate the transaction - so don't dispute it if that's what you're worried about, if you do they'll turn over everything they can.
