Paypal rejected my NETSPEND

Even if I could submit documents, There are NO Deposits are even shown in my Netspend.

Do I dare even sell anything on that account?

You got unlucky. Ihave 3 netspends that work fine, but eventually you will get ****ed by paypal...they dont care about anything..all they care about is acting suspicious

I do have an HSBC in the waiting, but if that fails, then I will have 2 useless bank accounts.

I would still be able to sell on Ebay without issue, right?

Just need to find a way to withdraw the money.

do this: just let the card sit there. get a visa giftcard from walmart via paypal payment, and put a pin on it. then go to atm and withdraw.
