i found this site (no i dont own it) merchantmaverick.com it is a great resource for finding a good merchant account they rate them and provide the real deal information about them including number of complaints, type of complaints, etc.

Folks whatever you do just stay far far away from firstdata and ipayment (this company goes by several names make sure you ask all your potential processors are they affiliated with them in any way). Make sure that the merchant service provider you choose does not use firstdata as there processor. This site shows you what processor each and every one on there list uses.

You need to use caution with these types of sites. Not saying this one as I don't know it, but in general as rule

Many of them are setup to look like fair and honest tips and reviews. When what they are just doing is using the site to refer you to places that give them referral fees. So much of the info is not really unbiased.

Again, I don't know the site. But many many that I have looked at in the past were just money makers so use caution

i agree with you 100% and i have seen the same thing. However this site appears to be the real deal. you are allowed to comment on your experiences with any of the merchants listed and unlike the BS sites like topten, etc this site has probably about 100 merchant service providers listed. along with the details about there company, who there are in bed with, who they used to be in bed with, the processors they use, the processors they used to use.

almost all of those other ⊗⊗⊗⊗ review sites that are out for profit almost always point back to you having firstdata or ipayment as your processor in the end.

Check the site out and tell me if you think it's legit. It sure seems like it is.
