Do they give you a link as to what it is? Maybe a tiny break in fee or something.

Or "priority service" may just be a better way to communicate with them....

EDIT: Just looked it up

priority customer support, faster dispute resolution, exclusive events, member savings, special rewards and many more.

I've been "enrolled" in that for about a year on my main account. I haven't noticed any of the things they mention, I think they just are trying to make us feel good.

Old account, had it almost since the dawn of time (PayPal time that is). I figured it had to be a trick or something, you know, like a pet that licks just before they bite.

It sounds kind of like how Sprint PCS had the "White Glove" program. Basically sent out thank you letters to long term customers to keep churn down. I bet with the emergence of new processors they feel the need to market loyalty.
