How does one negative feedback on eBay really affect new accounts? Obviously if you have 9 positive feedback and 1 negative out of 10 total, you would be at 90% and well below the average eBay requests you not to go below or your account would get closed.

I had one buyer give me a negative feedback today saying "everything ok but package took 7 days to arrive". Like wtf ...I ship from overseas and clearly state it takes 1-3 weeks for regular mail. She got it in 7 days, says everything is OK but leaves a negative.

Now my account is at 90% positive and I'm a bit worried eBay will kick me ...or does it take more than that?

HI- I had my Competitor following me around on new acct- actually got a neg with 2 fb, which gave me 50% fb.. they did not take down, then eventually it built. today its like 95.5%, so they will not automatically take it down..

Thats good. I'd hate to lose an aged account over something like 1 negative. I will try to get her to remove today. If she doesn't, I'll get her account banned. My first negative ever on eBay :(

try using squaretrade to take the negative off, or talk to them about it

dont you have to sign up with square trade to do that?

have you not tried old fashioned email or mediation with your buyer for mutural removal????????

or put a SWEAR word in the feedback you leave for them and they, ('ebay') will remove both feedbacks and remove item to make it null and void

u dont have to sign up to the squaretrade system or whatever, but theres i think a 30$ fee from what i remember.
