New Member from UK - Hello EveryOne!

Well what happened to most of you guys, happened to me aswell few weeks back - My amazon selling account with 99% feedback ( 136positive +1neutral) got closed.
To cut a long story short i sold an item to this customer and 4 weeks later he email me saying all sorts that my item is a ⊗⊗⊗⊗/faulty, etc asking me what i am going to do about it. I said to him if he is not happy i will give him a FULL refund +return costs all he has to do is return me the item, i know for a fact - 100% sure the items i sell are not ⊗⊗⊗⊗.
He said OK. After about 2weeks i recieve the item back - my girlfriend she signed for it. Not to cause any problems i did not ask any questions and i gave him a full refund knowing that the item is still under warranty so i can get my money back or a replacement from my supplier. Few days later he leaves me a neutral feedback on amazon saying : 'the item is a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ but the seller responded quickly and refunded me the money' - i could not believe it!! i emailed him back asking for him to change his feedback -but no reply, nothing - few days later my amazon account got suspended - reason - i was reported for selling ⊗⊗⊗⊗ merchandise!
Now listen to this: When i asked my gf to find the returned packet i noticed the item was sent back to me from &(*£"! #! SINGAPORE!!! . When i sent the item to him it was sent to a UK adress( i only post within UK) but when it was returned, it came from Singapore. On closer inspection and after i contacted my supplier they confirmed it was a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ and they can not replace it for me and they can not give me a refund neither.
So that is how a guy from Singapore got himself a brand new genuine item + his money back and i got myself £150 loss( a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ copy instead) and my account suspended.
I appealed to amazon about it, i've told them what happended + pics attachments receipts/ my suppliers invoice, etc and they emailed back saying that my account was closed because i did not match the listings in the catalogue( 2-3 of my listings got removed few months back and i did not attempt to relist those items again). So which one is it - because they can not suspend me because i provided proof that i sell genuine items they pick on the listings instead... what a load of crap!1
Anyway this is my story - i purchased askpin Amazon Ghost book and i will try to open a new stealth account, i am still a bit unclear about few things.

I will admit that I did not read your post because it's just too much text and not well spaced out - diarrhea-fic =(

Hopefully other folx will chime in. I did see that you bought the Ghost book and it is well written.

i hate it when people order stuff from me and then complain and return a damaged one they already had
