Example of just how dirty ebay is (removed neg fb put back 1 1/2 month later!)

I got a buyer's negative feedback off by proving they bid to neg me. Neg came off and buyer was suspended. A month and a half later buyer got unsuspended and e-bay put the feedback right back on!

That's seriously dirty. I always thought e-bay mighta deleted removed feedbacks, but nope, only hidden. eBay put it back and didn't even tell me about it.

I think they re-instate feedback when a user gets unsuspended ...the best way is you get him banned permanently! :D

The account was long over 90 days old to begin with.

After emailing ebay daily for a month they finally explained:

Dear [redacted],

Thank you for writing eBay in regard to your Feedback concerns.

I apologize for the frustration this situation has caused you. The
feedback comment for the item number [redacted] left for you by
[redacted] was incorrectly removed from our feedback system. Do to the
legal intricacies governing feedback the comment was reinstated.

I see that you filed an Unpaid Item dispute that caused the feedback to
be descored, so the negative feedback does not affect your feedback
score.
