Default Is this Commom?!

I had an account suspended and wanted to upload the documents that they asked and I received this back:

Hello xxxx,

Thanks for taking the time to send the information we requested for your
account xxxxxx.

We've received your documents. However, I'm afraid they didn't come
through clearly enough for us to review them as they arrived blurry or
dark.

Please submit the following:

1. Proof of identity
2. Proof of address
3. Proof of ownership: (kindly submit a photo of the item together with
the owner, we don't accept invoices only)

- Item #2905 xxxx
- Item #2905 xxxx

You'll find all the information you need on this page - open a new
window on your browser window and copy this link into it:

eBay Requests for proof of identity and ownership of items

Please ensure that all your personal details match the information
you've registered on your account. Rest assured that eBay treats your
personal information with the utmost care.

Please re-scan or re-fax your documents, or post us photocopies so that
we can review your account for reinstatement.

I'm happy to inform you that we accept documents via email attachment.
Please fill out and print a cover page, and print your user ID and email
address in block capitals on each page to help us match the documents
with your account.

xxxx, I hope that this information is helpful and that I've explained
things clearly. We look forward to receiving your documents and
resolving this matter as soon as possible.

Thank you for your patience.

Kind regards,

Rob Purcell

You do want to save the account - or trying at least - you might as well. Play with the contrast a bit.

And a quick search of the user name and details reveals what you were/are selling.

Just fyi, your items are considered high risk but might be acceptable depending on your invoices and such.

All the best.

That means that TizWoz read through your entire post detailed ha and picked up your little mistake of leaving your username.

It's not hard to search eB ay when you know a username so nothing so special about what I did =)

Well I know a LOT of buyers do not like to receive stuff from Ch ina when they are expecting it from the U.S. so you might have had some complaints. Did you use your pa yp al to purchase from dropshipper? Also a flag.

Ebay and PP also watch this forum with great intrest.

Anyone could have noticed your user name there including an ebay employee

If they did i doubt you are going to save the account, if you do save it count yourself very lucky.

A bit of advice, never post any problems your having in REAL Time and never any of your details that you use on paypal or ebay.
