Hi,
I have an EB account and use it for 2 months now without a problem (I do not have Paypal account, so I just accept payment via ccnow). Today, I logged in but could not list items for sale, Ebay asked me to verify my PP account which I do not have.
Any idea how to get around this.
thanks
The complete step-by-step guide to get back to selling today!
Hi- I posted that on another thread the other day + WAS told i was incorrect--just needed to update my feedback..
- they are making you accept aypal in order to put certain listings through---i.e. name brand items..
The way i got around it-- changed up my title.. then it went right through
i.e. (if listing say a GUCCI watch for sale)-- it will come up with the red box screen-- i would change it to a GUC CCI , or GUCCY , and it goes right through..
Say you list a gucci item, as guccii, and it lists... are you able to make an amendment to the title once it has been acceted?> and if so.. does ebay still through the listing through the hot item criteria process?>
Did you pick ship internationally??? Or try to list in a different country?
If so, please make changes.
Otherwise, they will ask you to link your paypal with ebay together.
no-i leave it as it is--let the auction run--but if you have the 15 feedback-- you do a buy it now=-- i sold 2 vero items sunday, after the first sale- relisted--not even 2 hrs later another buy it now sold.. (so it relisted quickly)--
VERO= Verified Rights Owner,
example-- the Rolex USA company-- they are Vero owners, they own the rights to the patents/trademarks--they have verified through ebay and they have the authority to pull any and all listings with any reference to their particular brand name..
-- there is a list of the vero owners on ebay-- i.e. gucci, dior, montblanc, etc,
I am starting to learn about vero products... ebay tends to pull them becuase of the odds that they might be bootleg and cause problems in the future. people setting up paypal disputes over those kinda products... simply said, alot of people get scrod over those kinda things
