new account/ refund???

hey got about a 3 day old stealth account. and sold my first item which was 96$.

i saw shipping address and its 5 mins from where i live. pp said they are holding payment for 21 days, so is it possible to refund the buyer, and would it raise any flags. since i offered it cheaper for cash. since i realllly need it.

Well if the buyer agreed and you need it then go for it. Not highly recommended but shouldn't cause a problem.

Won't really raise a flag but you have to be careful - you cant do this repeatedly to avodi the 21 day hold. All the best.
