 Paypal and IP address
hi guys...thank you for the warm welcome...(trust me i can really feel the warm...maybe even the heat!!! as it's summer over here in oz) 
i was planing to start building a clean account, but then, there's another issue i'm having with paypal....trust me, i almost giving up to deal with them...they are holding my $$ for 180 days!!! as soon as my ebay account got suspended...i think...anyway i just like to find out if there are anyway other ways that this will not happen again or to avoid to the brand new paypal account which i'm about to create...
back to the IP address issue, Ooo...thanks for those who helped in by commenting on the mobile broadband...while i also found some good resources that i like to share and perhaps to get your opinions again!

apparently there are many other ''seemed less complicated ways'' in getting the IP address changed, compared to what i've learnt from the book....but again just wondering if that will work effectively & safely without getting someone to hack on my pc....could anyone tell me on that?
