Default How do CCNow deal with complaints?

I sold an car part on a forum and the buyer paid my CCNow invoice.

It was very well packaged but the buyer is now saying its damaged and wants a refund.

I an led to believed the paint match between his car and the panel I sold him is different so he damaged the part and claims it was like that.

Im tempted to tell him to go and jump but dont know how a paypal claim to ccnow works?

If he paid with CC he can file a chargeback and thats that

They have claims and resolutions just just like paypal. But if he says its no good and wants to send it back you are kind of stuck. He has all the power. You can TRY just say no and hope he leaves it at that. And if he opens a claim then let him return it. But maybe you will get lucky and he wont push...

Its worth a try to see if he walks away. But if he pushes, you are pretty screwed. Its the down side to selling online, we have to take crap back even when we shouldn't have to
