When you use the PP shipping tool, does it not email customer the tracking the same time you get the "you printed a label" email?
I always assumed it did. I get lots of "is there tracking?" emails anyway...
No email? Or customers not reading their emails?
I think ebay sends out the tracking, and they can check it through the "my ebay" once you print the shipping label. If you use multi order shipping, I dont thing the customer gets the tracking number, if the order is something other than an ebay transaction.

Yeah it definitely does, people are just lazy or use the backup email. As soon as they login to paypal they will see a nice shiny SHIPPED near there payment sent which will direct them to there tracking site. So that and an email on top of that... no customers should ever ask.

Thats what I was thinking. Lazy. They can some how find the right buttons to push to buy, but seem to go blind right after
Its on ebay page. Its on PayPal Page. And they get an email...
Not sure what more can be done for some folks. But I received 3 emails this week asking about tracking so I thought maybe I should start emailing it to them if PP wasn't. But no point if they don't see the 3 places its already....
