Do I need SS# if I am opening Paypal Account Just for Buying Purpose?

I would like to ask a question. If I open Paypal account just for buying on Ebay no selling will paypal ask Social Security Number? Thanks.

Nope...just a credit card. Add a bank account if you want to become verified (not overly important if you are just buying IMHO)

You do NOT Need a Social Security Number,,For a Verified Account

It is Better to have a Verified Account simply because More and More Sellers will Not ship to Unverified Addresses because their Shipments will NOT be Covered by Paypal's Seller Protection Policy,,So if you Buy something Expensive it will be Hard to get it shipped to you.
