 MC055 Suspension
HOw many people have received this suspension and what was ur success in getting it removed. I am asking because I was sent a warning {MC06} stating that my account had been limited and my account was suspended for 14 days. Then I received the {MC055} stating my account was suspended. I have contacted ebay countless times and have been just reiterated that until the other account connected is resolved that they will not unsuspend my account. They tell me the username but that is all and when I tell them I have no knowledge of this other account, its the same thing that until the other account is resolved that my account is suspended. I have asked to speak to a manager to get the matter resolved and all seven times there was never a manager available. And at no time was I informed i could send any documents in to clear the matter up or anything. Anyone else every had this issue with ebay. I have appealed by the email that was sent and am just told that that department is backed up so they can not tell me how long it will be until I get anything back. Anyone else been suspended over this or had any success having it removed.
