Prepaid Card Address

Is it possible to use any address for a prepaid credit card? Don't they have to ship it to you? How does it work?
I am very confused!

It depends on if it's an actual card or like entropay. I'm lucky I just need to send a form to my bank and then I can use it with eBay and Paypal as the address will match. If you get a prepaid card and need it shipping then use an actual address you have access to, most companies will not mind.
