Default Buying accounts question

Well my eBay account got banned for no good reason (they refused to tell me) . If I buy an account, then use it from my home's IP (where it got banned), will the bought account get banned?

Yep, you'll need to change your Ip before you can work with a new account.

Is there any way to change my IP if I'm connected to a college network?

You should be fine. What I did when I bought my first account was I bought a few items on my new ip, got a couple good feedbacks, then put up items for sale.
If you start selling items right away after buying the account you might get flagged.

Kinda off-topic, but...I have an account made in Oct. of 2001...is that worth a lot of money?

I guess to someone it might. To me a 30 day old one and a year + one is the same.
