Default what are my chances of being suspended? need opinions

so i have an amazon account thats been running since august...

i dont sell a lot- never anything that totals out to be more than a $200 disbursement. ive been very careful! passed the 30 day review, got suspended then amazon let my seller account be activated again after me writing a very nice appeal. all is good..

in the last 2 days i got 2 ratings of 2.. i had two orders that by mistake slid under my car seat when i was driving to the post office.. as soon as i realized this i emailed the buyers and told them what happened.. they were nice about it. so they got their items today and left me ratings of 2. wtf..

so my question is what do you think will happen.. do you think i will get my account booted off again? opinions please

how many transactions do you have and how long were the orders under your car seat for? Did you send them priority to speed up the process?

I think I avoid 75% of all potential problems just by shipping everything priority from the get-go.

Anything within 1500 miles goes 1st class, cross country priority. I cherish this new 3 month old golden account so much, I did too "lost" a couple of packages in the back of the SUV, delaying getting them in the mail by two days. Well I bit the bullitt, and sent them both overnight. Cost around $44.00, but both buyers gave me a 5-5. I look at it as an investment, and a good write off on my taxes.

Not to sound harsh, but maybe you should double check your packages when you get out of the car? Buy one of those big cloth bags from a grocery store to keep all your packages in. Also ship everything priority. It either fits in an envelop, small, medium, or large box. and "if it fits it ships". I often tear one side of the box to fit something in and tape it back up. It's a little more expensive but they guarantee it in 2-3 days. Everything else is hit and miss. If you aren't making enough profit to put the few extra $$$ into shipping, then you probably shouldn't be selling the items

+1 for Axcend's suggestion. You're dealing with touchy people to begin with, but if I was the buyer and the seller didn't ship for two weeks, I'd be pissed too.

I should also add: when browsing the Amazon categories, I always check out the feedback of any seller whose rating is 90% or lower. It's a great learning experience, and I suggest that anyone with some time to burn do it too, or just do it when scoping out stuff to list. Shipping really late (like a week or more late) without contacting the buyer is one of the biggest reasons for negative feedback.

ya if your a usa seller selling to usa buyers just drive it there...thats better than the week it took ya...key to happy customers is getting what the paid for fast!!!
