 Do eBay ever check for banned IPs within a range?
Let's say I used to use an ebay account (now suspended) on the IP address 123.456.789.001, would eBay check the entire subnet (123.456.789.XXX) for suspended accounts if I use my newly created stealth account on the IP address 123.456.789.251 or something?
What if my new IP range is something with a bigger difference, such as 123.456.762.025? How safe are the two scenarios above?
