Have you thought about paying for postage at the P.O. until you get ink?

It does seem like a no brainier, but with the questions you ask, I just wanted to make sure...

There's no way that I know of to save a label to a USB. You wouldn't be able to even use Print Screen because the preview says Void on it.

You can use a program called DOPDF. Google it and you will find it. You can print automatically to pdf....acts as a normal printer...

I posted this on another thread, but will do so again here...

If you are looking for a good PDF Writer, I recommend CuteWriter

The free version works Great! This is where I downloaded from...

CutePDF - Create PDF for free, Free PDF Utilities, Save PDF Forms, Edit PDF easily.

I actually had to use this last week due to printer problems for one of my shipments.

Yes, there is a easy way.

I think most PDF writers will save it to a printable file. I know for sure the one I recommend does.

Cutewriter acts just like a physical printer, you will see it listed in your printer list. When you go to print your document, select Cutewriter as your printer and it will ask you where you want to save your printed document to.

It's Simple and Great for emergencies.

I've used a PDF writer a few times, didn't think of that though.
