Small Amount of fees, Should I Pay?

Hi, Paypal account got suspended because they try to "contact me" but i was "unavailable" so they limited it. Anyway i only owe ebay around £32 (about $50 ish) So is it worth paying or because its a small amount they wont do anything? thanks :-)

It's not a matter of small or big amount. Nor whether they are going to do something or not. If you used their service and they did their part, you have to pay them.

And to answer your Q bluntly, yes, they'll still hunt you down for $1.
