A company i am reaching needs a retail store front location..

So what kind of a local store should I open?

You should make sure that its worth opening a store just to get that reseller to allow you to sell, physical store demands huge upfront costs and maintaining costs.

Opening a full physical retail store takes a lot of time - location is key and scouting. Do the necessary footwork before - it's not so simple...

My suggestion: Find a small business owner that will let you use his/her business to do your business. In other words...find a partner!

Many businesses have room in the building for you to conduct your business etc.

If you know someone, ask them if you can reside in their location and conduct your business. Offer add-on sales or small profit margin.

I agree with fdafdafda...that is a huge commitment just to get permission to sell a product online. Get an agreement with someone to use their business info in exchange for a profit.
