PayPal refunding too much = limitated?

Hi,

I have a merchant account and obviously paypal aswell for ebay UK.

Some customers pay through Paypal straight away on ebay. Some of them then call me on the phone to discuss delivery etc and they say they want to pay with my merchant account.

My question is if I refund all of these people and send merchant details will I risk PayPal getting limitated due to too many refunds? Roughly about 1 - 2 people a day want to cancel the PayPal transaction and pay with merchant account.

Sure - doing a lot of refunding looks at either 1. a risk to Paypal and 2. kind of odd for sure as if you are trying to avoid some fees.
