Default using a paypal that has done quite some volume and disputes

I have a paypal without proper documents and have been using it for almost an year, done around 20k or more in transactions.

I had a dispute in the very beginning which I lost. I recently (a week ago) had a dispute and I won. I knew that the buyer is going to dispute and emptied my account.

Eventually the buyer disputed and they took around a month to decide the dispute in my favour.

My question is now should I continue using this paypal or get a new one. I have been using this paypal very carefully. Same browser, same ip.

Thanks in advance

ALWAYS spread sales and have backups going - you never for sure...and the uncertainty is what should NOT keep you complacent.

If you have run 20k through the account and only had 2 disputes then I would say that you are okay. Were the disputes for high $ amounts? It also depends on what the claims were filed for. But if the account is that old then I would think your good to go.

20k through one account is pretty high.
Spread your sales accross multiple ebay/paypal accounts.

One dispute was filed by me for less than $100 and another was filed by a buyer for item not delivered for around $250 when the fact is that he bought a service.

What worries me is the fact that they took one month to resolve the last dispute. Does this occur often? I suspect them watching my account.

Ah ok - you are definitely getting your numbers up - my motto is it if isn't broken, don't fix it but if you are over 20k, I would still suggest spreading sales.

My only cause for concern is them taking a month to resolve the issue? Has it happened before to someone.

Not for me but I have heard some cases where Pa yp al has taken time to verify tracking, payment source, etc. - especially with credit cards - some companies are slow.
