Default Ebay Supension, paypal 180, can't pay fees need help.

Okay so I started selling lots of items(Chi na items) and quickly made up to $ 5** in fees. Then I got hit FM002 to send all docs but ignored so I didn't knew my pa yp al will get limited so it did and all the money I made from eb ay was on holding for now 180 days.
Eb ay now wants me to pay for fees and tried getting $ off pa yp al but couldn't bc of the 180 days. The problem is I used my real info and I just want have eb ay account closed and have the least information on me possible.
Right now I can't pay since of the 180 days and don't have any $. So when should I pay for the fees? Can you close your account even with suspension on eb ay and if I can should I even with real info?
Should I try to send docs to ebay . Please help me answer these question I desperately need help and anybody who helps I'll consider them as gods.
I don't want account anymore I just want to as least link to this account as possible.

500 in fees?

What were you selling...this will give us a better idea of how you got this suspension.

If it's in your real info...you are screwed...they will send collection agencies after you for even a few pennies...HAPPENED TO ME!

Pay up, you made some profit I'm sure. Now you know to use stealth accounts AND WHY.

Doesn't seem like people like to help much at all here anymore. After 30 days AND IF YOU HAVEN'T HAD ANY CHARGEBACKS OR DISPUTES IN THAT TIME, you can call in too Paypal and tell them it is a life or death matter to get the money out and they will more than likely release some or all of the money to you. The only way you are going to be able to pay your Ebay fees is if you come up with the money yourself WITHOUT Ebay or Paypal. good luck.

I'm not sure what the goal is in closing the account, but as to the fees, it won't matter. eBay can pursue them closed or open. And you cannot actually remove information from eBay's system. You can change the address, or even delete it (if they allow that, I am not sure) but eBay will still have it on file.

Closing the account means nothing. Account is more or less unable to be altered
ebay still want the fees, regardless.
You did business with them & that's the expectation.

Doubt the suggestion to call paypal to get early release will fly. They hold money for obvious reasons, and it's still within their timeframe.
Make sure not to do business that way again

I'm in a very similar situation.

I am going to get a variable-amount gift card and pay off the fees (600!! Ouch!) before they try to hit it to my PP for it and since the PP $ is locked up it will automatically hit your bank account and you'll start racking up Overdraft charges if you can't cover the fee.

If you want to buy yourself time, contact your bank and have them change your account number, this way when Bay starts goes to collect the fees from PP and the PP funds are locked, Bay will try to charge the fees to a bank account that is no longer active.

Then, when you have the $ available, either hook up a bank account to your PP that can pay the fees, or pay it off with a variable amount gift card.

I'm not familiar with the FM002, but am a firm believer that it is always worth it to send in the docs. What do you have to lose, other than a little bit of time?

I have previously lost one account each, for EB and PP. When my EB fees were due (about $150, about 3 weeks after account suspension) I called PP, and explained that I needed the funds to pay my EB fees. The rep released the funds (only enough to pay the fees) and I had it in my bank account the next day, and transferred it immediately to EB for fees.

This, I doubt, is the norm. But there are some kind and understanding reps out there.
