So when i go to paypal and then to the profile and click on street address. Next to the street address under status it says: Confirmed and this pops up:
We've confirmed delivery to this address and it's a valid delivery address.
Question? Does this mean they sent mail to it or what does it mean?

Have you ever bought anything on the account and had something shipped there?
It's possible that it somehow came from completing a transaction and having something shipped there, sourcing information from their never-updated "completed transaction" meter (the # in parenthesis next to your paypal name).
Years ago PP used to mail you a pin number which you had to enter on-line to confirm your address. Is the PP account from a long time ago and you just don't remember doing this?
This is a new stealth account made a few months ago. I remember the pin thing also, but this is not pin. Im just wondering if you guys have this also? I do have a cc on file, but I don't remember if it changed to that message once the card got on file.
this could be two reasons one being that you purchased something and it was shipped there (the shipping address that you used) and secondly when you entered your card you linked it to the address that you had on paypal.
As ets has stated, you have purchased something, seller added in tracking, and delivery was confirmed. Whether or not you remember, seems like this is the likely event.
If you have confirmed your credit card with expuse digits, that would also do it.
