dhgate order delay by 11 days (DHL SHIP CARRIER)

hey good people, The order was for like $390. The problem is that it just says shipment picked up, but never made it out china. The seller has been telling me stories to keep me calm I guess(EXCUSES) and said today that he is not sure but I might get a new tracking number I think that the order has been taken or stolen by dhl.....lol so will dh refund

Something must be up with shipments out of China for the last 10 days or so. I've also gotten a few 'stories' although I'm not too sure whats really going on. I was told that the problem should be fixed today or tomorrow. We'll see. But you are not alone.
