is this normal for paypal now?

I have just received an email from my Australian stealth paypal account, I have a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name but use my real bank account and vcc for credit card, I did one transaction where i took money from my bank into my paypal account and paid for something on ebay, which shouldn't be anything unusual for the average ebay paypal user..

WHAT HAPPENS?

However, if we can’t authenticate your information electronically, we’ll contact you to ask for documents to support your registration OR, to update your details.

So just out of curiosity does paypal do this for everyone now? Anyone else get this email?

Yes everyone in Australia gets this email. You will have to send them documents to verify your ID and address when you hit the $1000 limit.
