Has anyone tied to get a paypal debit card associated with a stealth account. I used to use one all the time for withdrawing money on my first good account?

I was just going to search for this. But I'll wait for some responses here. I was doing stealth with PO boxes about 8-9 years ago and used to get paypal debit cards on all accounts. I obviously had access to my addresses so there was no problems there. Thats how I withdrew money, shipped, everything. I wonder if that is still ok these days.
It was a great deal when I was using as I had two cards on the account and I was either able to withdraw 300-400 each day with each card in crisp green 20's
if your paypal account is verified with a bank account attached to it and you have access to the stealth account's mailing address...what else could stop you?
I dont remember back to when I had one the first time if maybe they wanted a ss# at the time to obtain the card? Anyone here apply and get one lately to know what was required.
