Default buyer open a dispute and he never reply again...

a buyer open a dispute and ask for refund. i reply him saying that i can issue a refund after he return the item. but since then he never reply me.
i think this doesnt happen a lot because buyer know they alway win if they open a dispute. i hv no idea why he stop reply me anymore. so im wondering wts gonna happen if he still not reply. he open the dispute on 2/14/2011, its almost 1month.
also wt should i do? should i just wait? and will the dispute just jrop by itself ?

The date should be posted somewhere in the dispute, but after 20 or 30 days with no response, it should automatically close. Hopefully some others can confirm as well, but I am almost 100% positive on this.

Correct. They only get one chance to open a dispute.

Incorrect. Even after the dispute has been closed the other person can call Paypal and give them a reason for reopening it. This has happened to me on several occasions.

I had this happen on one of my old accounts. Got sick of waiting for the buyer to make up his mind, so escalated it myself. 10 minutes later Ebay closed the case.
