 Name for new account
Hello, I was suspended for being linked to a previously suspended acccount (I didn't know about the Stealth Book then, I did everything wrong but I have it now). My "name" and info is no good anymore, but it wasn't "really" my name. I grew up believing my Grandma was Mom, Mom was Sister type of thing. My family REALLY didn't want me to ever know the truth, and they changed my name completely, (first and last). My question is if I set up an e-bay paypal account in the name on my birth Certificate can I then go to DMV and social security to get id in that name and have new numbers on the cards, or will it be the same numbers? (I don't want to lie to them and say I've never had anything issued in another name). Even after reading the book a few times I'm still confused about whether or not I need a real SSN or DL number to get started...
