Default hey

how much do you consider a lot of money?

Also, if they limit you - are you able to provide a SSN or whatever? I live in Canada and they don't ask for a SSN but I'm also doing what I consider a fair bit of volume (around 10k a month right now) and I want to be prepared in case they limit.

If they limit you can't you just provide a SSN\documents and get that limited lifted quickly?

Certainly it's within paypal's rules that you can do that.

But in the land of ecommerce, it is always better tohave more than method to get payments. A little diversity never goes amiss. If there's a problem with one, then you, at least, have another method to get your funds.

That's the most important matter: can I get my funds by the best methods?
On that basis alone, paypal would not really rank so high.

Dont forget, it's not always going to be YOUR activity that gives troubles. Some buyer might cause problems. Diversify if possible as that's more practical

They're not bad, but an issue I have with them is that there's no way to send an invoice to a buyer... or is there?

If I were you, I would have a PayPal account just for your website and a second account just for eBay. The reason is payments taken outside of PayPal have fewer restrictions placed on them, for example no holds on funds. Also if you have problems / limits from PayPal because of eBay, you don't want to be left with no way to take payments for your website.

You can have two PalPal accounts, one business and one personal with the same name/ address.

Good luck!
