Italy Paypal can sell only on Ebay.it ?

I registered Italian PP and want to sell on Irish or Australian Ebay. When i register account there i write that im from Italy and Ebay automatically redirects me to Italian Ebay site. Is that mean that i can only sell on Italian Ebay if i use Italian Paypal or there is any ways to sell on other sites ?

the ebay sites are detecting your IP.

IF i use other country IP to register Ebay there, will they limit me ? i will have ebay with one ip and paypal with another country ip, is it suspicious to them ?

if you use correct unique IP, you should be ok, however it must be one that is not detected by them, so cannot be shared or recycled....
