Default How do I open emails?

I hear that opening ebay emails can get you suspended, so is there anyway I can reply to my buyers questions without getting suspended. I use yahoo mail if that matters thanks!

You can open your emails if you are using a program to block your ip or hide your Static IP. I would just answer your customer's questions through ebay itself.

Just use gmail.com and set it to block images (its on by default anyways). I use it for all my accounts, never had a problem

Never used gmail, but will try it. I'm just a Yahoo fan myself.

I have been using gmail everytime now and haven't had any problems, they block images and links which from what I understand the images have beacons in them.

Yahoo can block imagess too if you set the right option, no? I think it's called "block html graphics" or somesuch, I always have that turned on and never see any pictures in my eBay/Paypal emails. But you have to set it yourself, it's never on by default.

Also, you can set your options in eBay to only send you text emails, rather than html.

For opening gmail, it doesn't matter which IP you do it from. Just make sure to always keep images disabled.

And another thing I forgot to mention, both eBay and Paypal allow you to have all your emails delivered as plain text with no images at all and just links in them. This option is available under your email notification settings I think.
