NOT suspended but need some advice on getting another account

I posed this question to aspkin and I'm awaiting his reply. I thought I'd shoot this over here and see if anyone has any good advice for me.

I got the Ebay Stealth Book and I'm thoroughly impressed with the breadth of information inside.

The main reason I was wanting to get a new ebay account is that I'm currently using an account that has all of my brother-in-laws information (Paypal account too, with his information).

I've burned through my own ebay account with my actual information long ago. My B-in-Law (Nick) was nice enough to supply me with all of his info and I've been using that account for 3+ years now.

So here is the problem and my question.
Nick is worried that he will be liable for any future taxes that will be due on my ebay sales. Apparently Paypal will now report all sales of over 20K or 200 transactions for the year starting 1/1/2011 (both of which I will exceed).

He's asked me to do whatever I can to get a different ebay and Paypal account to exclude him from being liable for paying taxes on my sales.
I have no problem paying the taxes, of course, however none of the PP or Ebay info is in my name.

What are your suggestions for what I should do ?

I split it up between many accounts that have real banks attached to them, and keep each account under 20k for the year. There's alot of banking options you have available. Another route you can even do is form a LLC, i think its only about 100 to 150 bucks in my state. That way you can get a new bank account under the LLC, a new paypal account. Then pay tax just as any other business. This second option might all depend on what your selling.
