Default I didn't win, but neither did paypal

Over the weekend I got the"we need more information for your account" crap and PP restricted my account. There was several hundred dollars in there, but luckily I hadn't shipped most of the items from the day before.
I ended up refunding the payment to everyone til it got down to zero. I have a healthy paypal account several years old with all valid information on it, but had hesitated to use it on ebay for fear of linking, but now I can just accept payment from these people outside of ebay if they are still interested. Paypal will get there cut from the second set of transactions, but at least I should be able to get the money to my bank account

That's one way to do it. Make sure the buyers don't enter your payment as an eBay payment with auction numbers. This could screw you over.

If you manually send the invoice, they won't be able to.

That's what I'll do if they decide that they still want the items. I'll send them invoices for someting like "goods-other"

HI- I did not realize "goods", Thanks for the info..I will try that. (it may make the clients feel safer?)--
__ I just automatically assumed that Services were like something on online, but not tangible goods..
