Whats good alternative to Entropay?

I was looking and using search but I cant seem to find anything regarding my question.
I would like to know what is a good alternative to Entropay to use for PayPal verification? Some service that works in a similar way as Entropay, that will let you make VCC and provide you with a CC that you can withdraw money from ATM's? Does anyone know any online service for that?
