"enter a valid address" error during seller account creation

I am receiving this error in red below my address no matter what address or account I'm using. Does anyone else have a solution??

i do sometimes when i enter tracking numbers. the solution i found was to use the numbers on your keyboard that are above the numbers and not those on the far right of the keyboard. maybe it is the same with the number of your street address. i know that sounds strange, but it actually fixed it for me. i kept getting "enter a valid number" and when i used the top numbers it finally worked

I'm thinking your "Num Lock" was not on...
