Default I opened a new pp accnt today.

So i opened a new pp accnt today and they didnt ask me for a cc, they gave me an option of paying through BA or CC for my purchases. I chose BA and linked it to my pp.
Anyone else has a similar experience?

Another question I had was that if I open a pp / eb accnt with an ip- 11.111.222.333, does it matter if eveytime I access these accnts my ip is different, like 11.111.222.311 or anything the cookies and flash objects stay there but the ip is different everytime but from the same area each time?

And is it ok if I start listing item right away because they are not branded or vero at all. They are just random silver jewelry and unbranded clothes?

Thanks

im not an expert, just as new as you but i believe you dont have to add a cc on a new paypal its only recommended because it "verifies" your pp account or you can use ba, i can verify my paypal instantly now with their new option with bank accounts if this is what your talking about.

As for the ip, as long as your not doing illegal or suspicious i dont think they would have a problem.

But like i said im not expert.

hmmm, so you're saying I can verify my pp with just adding a BA and can do it without a CC?
lol, i dont have anything illegal to do. I was just wondering if I log into one stealth accnt with a different ip everytime, would it raise a red flag? still looking for the answer to that one.

As long as any of the ip addresses that you log into are not ones that you were logged into with other accounts. If you have a suspended account, you should right down the ip address that you were using while you were on that account and as long as you don't use that ip you should be ok.
Also if you are wanting to sell right away be prepared for ebay to send you a message saying your account is limited untill you call them to give them more info about yourself. I would let your account age for atleast a month and maybe buy a few small things here and there. What kind selling limit did they start you off with?

I think sometimes clothes can raise flags if branded. Ex Polo shirts etc...

Although I to have wondered what are considered "safe" starter products. Even if I lose a couple of bucks on each sale its worth it in the long run. I think maybe one day it would be a great addition to bay stealth some examples of Low risk products and high risk products.

High risk: branded shoes, DVD's. clothes

Low risk: ???

It was pp.ca, Im wondering the same thing, that what items are low risk and can i list them right away or not.
I know my items are low risk though, silver jewelry and semi-precious stones, nothing that'll be more than 20 bucks.
Im just looking to make some FB.
