So I've been reading around and must admit there is a lot of knowledge on this site but I think I'm a little confused by the different regulations ebay/paypal has depending on where in the world you live. Is it impossible to open a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ paypal account in the US? A friend of mines paypal account that we have had multiple ebay accounts linked to just got shut down so now I am planning on opening a new one under my name. But what happens when this one gets shut down? Where do you go from there?
