Gift Card Chargeback

hi, i have bad credit and can not get approved for any credit cards.
This happened years ago so theres nothing I can do.
So when I bought something on paypal/ebay using my "gift card" i ended up getting a bad item. Not as ddescribed.
And paypal sided with seller
And I could not do any chargebacks.
So my question is are there any gift cards that allow you do chargebacks and if so which ones?
Or banks that allow chargebacks and if so which ones?

I am fairly certain that just about any bank can reverse payments. Generally you do not have the same window of opportunity as you would with a credit card but if my memory serves me its still 1-2 weeks which is long enough to receive package in the mail and inspect it.

NO. You can't chargeback with any gift cards because they are not credit regulated.

Yes - Gift cards do NOT come with the same protection regular credit cards come with.
