Congress today repealed a provision of the health reform act that would require everyone to file 1099 forms and report on their federal income taxes for every individual and business to which they paid $600 a year.

dont get caught, by trying to evade taxes with foriegn accounts, and stealth, this would open you up to a criminal investigation from the tax man.
